About me

As Chef Petro Gudzovatyi, I was fortunate to be a member of the groundbreaking team at Nobu Warsaw and Nama Sushi Bergen, Norway's inaugural sushi establishment celebrated for its creative Japanese fusion approach. My dedication to excellence and innovation in sushi preparation gained international recognition when I represented Nama Sushi Bergen at the World Sushi Cup Japan 2022, where I was awarded the Hasegawa Award for my outstanding talents. Currently, I am operating my own venture, Fat Cat Sushi & Ramen, in Warsaw, Poland.
